Arbitration
Arbitration is a form of alternative dispute resolution, wherein parties consensually agree to resolve their differences through a neutral arbitrator, whose decision is binding and enforceable. This method is particularly favoured in addressing both commercial and international disputes, offering a structured yet flexible approach that is both time and cost-effective.
